According to reports by DUI lawyers in Los Angeles, actor Shia LaBeouf has had his driving privileges suspended for one year stemming from a July 2008 car crash in Hollywood.

LaBeouf was injured in the crash and severely injured his hand; he was also given a Breathalyzer test, which he refused that is being stated was the reason that led to the current suspension of his driver’s license for driving under the influence. Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department spokesman Steve Whitmore stated that LaBeouf showed signs of impairment after the crash occurred. This was the cause his arrest for suspicion of DUI.

According to a report by the California Department of Motor Vehicles in Los Angeles has stated LaBeouf lost his driving privileges for one year, because he had refused chemical testing at the time of the accident.

Reports were the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office had intended to also file charges against the driver of the other vehicle involved in the crash. The driver was said to have run a red light prior to the crash.

Last year during this same time period there were 1,303 driving under the influence arrests according to the California Highway Patrol.

A Los Angeles Sheriff’s deputy named as deputy Robert McClain (age 34) allegedly assaulted his wife and a 23 year old man whose identity has not been released as of yet.

According to reports by California motorcycle accident lawyers, a motorcycle accident that occurred in Bonneville Salt Flats in Utah. The reported speed that Cliff Gullett a 47-year-old racer was traveling at approximately 239 when he lost control of the bike.

The accident that occurred at the Bonneville Salt Flats is still under investigation and investigators are still not certain what caused the bike to go out of control.

   I just got back from amy trip to Houston, texas but have some more legal related news to inform you about……According to reports a woman who has been identified as Mary Elaine Bradford was arrested inside the home of Alan Nakamura.

   The police were responding to a burglary that was in progress at 10973 Bellaire Way and what they found was the body of Alan Nakamura in an upstairs hallway. Nakamura had been shot in the head and fatally wounded.

   At the time of this discovery the police also found Mary Elaine Bradford in the home of Nakamura. Bradford who also resides in the home was taken into custody while the police investigate the possibility of charging her with first-degree murder in the shooting of Nakamura, according to Thornton Police spokesman Matt Barnes. Barns also stated that there is also another woman that resides in the home of Nakamura and Bradford.

   While police investigators are still investigating the shooting and possible burglary or the possible first degree murder charges against Bradford, Nakamura’s family have made statements. His family has stated that Nakamura and Bradford were having a rocky relationship of late.    The case is still under investigation and the Thornton Police have not found a specific motive in the Nakamura shooting.  It has been released that Nakamura was shot with a small caliber handgun according to Matt Barns of the Thornton Police Department.

According to reports by Huntington Beach big rig truck accident lawyers, an accident that occurred in the vicinity of Beach Boulevard and Indianapolis Avenue in the Huntington Beach area that involved a jeep and a jeep.

According to reports there have been 2 suspects arrested in a shooting which took place in Denver, Colorado where an 8-year-old girl was badly wounded.
The suspects in question have been identified as Victoria Esparaza, a nineteen year old, and Daniel Lujan, who is twenty years old. The latter was arrested and booked on Monday while Esparaza was arrested Tuesday by the Denver metropolitan Police Department. Lujan is being held on a quarte million dollar bond.
Apparently both of them will be charged with 4 counts each of attempted murder. Denver Police Chief Gerald Whitman has said that the 2 vehicles which they believe to have been involved in the shooting have yet to be discovered.
furthermore, Chief Whitman stated that the officers in question planned to execute a search warrant at the home of Lujan who resides on East Andrews Drive.
Involved in this incident was an eight year-old girl who was identified as Sierra Moore who was on her way to her house along with her her teenage aunt at the time. Apparently the girl as well as her aunt were caught in the middle of the gunfire when Moore was shot in the abdomen. The drive by shooting happened in the vicinity of 33rd Ave and Curtis Street.
Moore was then taken to the Denver Health Medical Center and at last report was in serious but stable condition.
The Mayor John Hickenlooper had a meeting with the press and media corps and stated that he is going to put a halt to the criminal activity which has occured and it will not be teolerated for even one more day. There will not be a summer of violence according to the mayors words. In an unrelated gang battle 2 gang members were shot by the Denver Police after one of the criminals shot at police officers with a shotgun. One of them died while the other was transported to the hospital in critical condition.
According to rvarious publisged media reports the police officers were in the vicinity of 18th and Market Street where there was a gang battle which had broken out and the individuals who was lethally shot at police with a shotgun. After they had shot the man, another one then tried to pick up the weapon and police shot and badly injured this other criminal. Wow, that part of the country is really seeing an increase in violence and general crriminal activity as of late.
